The bar chart shows information about the data for how fulfillment passengers were in America and the table chart displays the proportion of customers who experienced with the specific part of the airline in the three different years.
It can be seen from the bar chart that there was a slight upward trend in the passengers who enjoyed with their flight. In addition, the table chart saw witnessed about the percentage of airline aspects which increased gradually in most of part.
The lowest proportion of satisfied passengers was nearly two third, which occurred in 1999. However, this figure increased to 69% in 2000 and it reached a peak in the next seven year with the percentage of 72%
The percentage of people who rated the flight attendants and the gate agents were around 87 to 92% in the 8-year period. However, 45% people commented about the flight prices in 1999 and this percentage increased dramatically by nearly 20% in the year of 2007. In addition, the passenger who contributed ideas about the schedule in 2000 and 2007 with 79% was higher than in 1999 with 75% and it also higher than the people who felt comfortable with their seat, which was only 47%.
