The comparison in free time enjoyed in a week typically by five various status of employment based on two genders from 1998 to 1999 is displayed in the bar chart, shown in hours.

Overall, the amount of leisure time spent by men in all categories was higher than that of the counterpart sex. However, there were no data in male employed in part-time jobs.

As per data, the figure for unemployed men broke a record as the highest at more than 80 hours, followed by the retired them, with a slight gap of a half hour. However, that for the employed ones in full time works accounted for a half of the former's time.

When it came to the females, the unemployment and retired women almost reached time of unemployed men, sharing a same figure to enjoy weekly hours. Furthermore, expended free time of housewives was bigger than that of part-time female workers, with a gap of ten hours. Turning to the full-time those, they enjoyed only the hours at below a half of maximum data recorded.
