Overall, the companies were more likely to convert and increase the number of contacts or leads. However, they did not really prioritize to reduce the customer acquisition.
As per data, companies having size ranged from 26 to 200 employees gained the highest rate of converting and increasing contacts or leads, with almost three quarters and four fifths, respectively. Meanwhile, the firms owning the lowest size of workers shared a same proportion of these two priorities at 71%, then the figure for corporation having the biggest one was smaller than the former at around three fifths.
Turning to the revenue increase priority, this in the companies hiring more than 200 employees accounted for more than a half, being higher than the rest firms only making up in about two fifths. Furthermore, the both the small and middle size one prioritized their workers to provide ROI of marketing activities was not bigger as many as them in the large counterpart, at below a half and nearly a sixth, running. Eventually, reducing the cost of contact or lead was marked as the least popular way, showing the proportion at only under two fifths in all figures.
