Also, what about the car theft, between 2003 and 2005 was nearly similar, 2800, but fortunetely between 2005 and 2006 this numbers was sharply decrease to 2000 incidents.
So, fortunetely that between this period the burglary was decreasing sharply, which was about 3900 incidents in 2003 by 2012 this number became 1900. But, robbery has not changed much, in 2003 was about 600 incidents by 2012 became around 650 occurence. However, last area, car theft, in 2003 was 2900 and 2012 number of incidents the same as 2003.
To, sum up, the crime rates of in Newport city have tented to remain unchanged in the last two years period.
