it can be clearly seen that the proportion change was tended to decrease during 1990 and 1995 whereas it was usually an increase after 1996. Overall, the value basis of house was significantly raised.
Between 1990 and 1995, The largest positive change was recorded in frankfurt at 2%, madrid was followed by 1%. The proportion variation of other countries was all decreased, 5% in new york, the highest negative changes were tokyo and london, where shifted at 8%.
There is a dramatically increase started from 1996. The biggest change was occurred in london sharply by 20% to 12%, the second-high was new york rose by 10% of positive change powerfully, madrid also raised softly to 4%, frankfurt kept positively at 1% while it was fell lightly. The only case of negative variation was tokyo at 5% despite it was increased by 3% comparted with the previous period.
