This bar chart depicts the number of female per 100 males who are pursuing the school education for various levels: primary education, secondary education and tertiary education. It's clear from the graph that the number of students in the developed countries increased over the levels of school education between 1990 and 1998.

According to what is shown in the graph, in the primary level of education the number of learners in the developing nation increased from 83 to 87 in 1990 and 1998 respectively. For the secondary sector the difference in the number of students increased 10 marks throughout the same period. The tertiary education dedication by learners kept decreasing till it hit 66 , 75 for the same period respectively.

Developed countries, on the other hand, the number of students who followed the primary and secondary sectors approximately sustained the same. For tertiary education the figure of learners rocketed significantly to exceed the target. In 1990 the number of girls at the top of 105 mark which soared by 7 marks to take 112 after 8 years.

To sum up, we could say that the females over numbered males in tertiary education contrary to what was in primary and secondary.
