The bar chart demonstrates the gender distribution in a discrepancy of the academic system in 1990 and 1998.

First of all, the clear sign is, in developed countries, the female youth generation considers the importance of knowledge. Therefore, the number of female students in developed countries is approximately equal to male students.

In the first academic school (primary school), the number of girls who approach to education system was lower 5% than boys in 1990, moreover, in the same period, these numbers successfully touched the target that breaks even with the number of male students. In addition, according to the opened migration rules, further and further female students chose to study abroad that led to female students outnumber male students.

On the other hand, in developing countries, these segments of the chart visualize the gradual fall of the number. Before these numbers peaked at the lowest point in both 1990 and 1998, the amount of girls who attend to primary educational level is 87 girls per 100 boy that is the highest number was recorded.

As a whole, with the completement of education in developed countries as the US, Canada, or Euro countries, studying in a foreign country has become an international phenomenon that embraces the sign of falling female students in different levels in developing countries.
