Overall, households with annual income ranging from 50,000 dollars to 99,999 dollars remained stable while others witnessed a trajectory trend. The majority of the families earned an income of 100,000 USD and above.

Approximately 15 million households in the US received an annual salary of $70,000 to $99,999 in 2007, which stayed unchanged over the next 8 years. Similarly, those with an income of $50,000 to $74,999 reached a plateau at just above 20 million throughout the same period.

On the other hand, 30 million households in the USA were paid over $100,000 per year in 2007, which was followed by a noticeable rise to almost 35 million by the end of the survey time. Experiencing the same upward trend, families that received a salary of less than 25,000 dollars saw a steady growth of around 4 million from 2007 to 2015. There was also a slight increase of about 2 million in the number of households earning $25,000 to $49,999 after 8 years.
