The chart indicates that in the 25 to 34 years age group, the ratio of women who exercised surpassed that of men by just over 6%. However, the percentage of females who engaged in regular physical training rose and oscillated around 52% and 53% in three successive age groups between 35 and 64 years. In contrast, the ratio of males in these categories was below 50% with the biggest disparity of close to 10% between the two sexes recorded in the 45 to 54 age category.
