The Bar chart illustrates the data of consumption of liquid beverages such as tea or coffee by the people of some major cities of Australia and whether the beverages are freshly made or instant. the data shown in the chart is of last four weeks.
Allover, the Chart depicts that moreover half of the city residents visited a café or a restaurant in last four weeks to buy a beverage which is mostly coffee whether it is freshly prepared or instantly made.
However, in all the five cities, people prefer to consume the instant coffee rather than freshly made one.
Interestingly, only in Adelaide, number of people who bought coffee, that too instant one, is slightly higher than the people who visited the café meanwhile nowhere else people seem to do that.
In Hobart, maximum number of people bought instantly made coffee that is approximately 55 percent of the city population however, in Sydney only 45 percent of residents bought instant coffee. Whereas, in Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane, number of residents who bought the same are in between 45 to 55 percent.
Consumption of fresh coffee is significantly lower than the instantly prepared one. In case of Sydney, large number of people chose it while in Brisbane least number of people preferred to drink the fresh one. only 35 to 45 percent of residents of all five cities preferred freshly made coffee. This is the approximate figures because the graph shows that the number of people are even slightly lesser than 35 in case of Brisbane and Adelaide and none of the city crosses 45 percent mark.
