The chart describes the inspection results of people in 5 cities in Australia on their coffee and tea purchasing or drinking habits in last 4 weeks.
In Melbourne and Hobart, an almost equal number of people went to cafes for tea or coffee (63-64%). But the amount of people who buy instant coffee is not the same. 48% in Melbourne and almost 55% in Hobart. People who buy fresh coffee make up 47% of Melbourne’s population and almost 40% of Hobart’s population. In Brisbane and Adelaide, people who buy fresh coffee make up 35% of the population. The percentage of people who drink instant coffee varies in these cities. 53% in Brisbane while 50% in Adeleide. 55% of people go to a cafe for coffee or tea in Brisbane and 50% in Adelaide. As for Sydney, while more than 60% of the population in this city goes to cafes, the percentage of people who buy fresh coffee or instant coffee is almost the same (43-45%).
According to the data, in the above 5 Australian cities, in the last 4 weeks, the majority of the population went to the cafe, and the least number of people bought fresh coffee.
