The following chart illustrates how many billions dollar of miscellaneous categories of products were exported by a specific country within 2015 and 2016, with the table depicting the comparison of these categories based on percentage change in values at the same period.
As can be clearly observed from the chart, the exports categories can be divided into two distinctive groups. The first group consists of Gems and jewelry which it experienced a dramatic decrease from above 40 billion dollars to under 40 billion dollars during 2015 and 2016.
However, Petroleum products, engineered goods, Agricultural products, and Textiles are placed in the second group. There categories witnessed a drastic or slight climb during 2015 and 2106. Despite Agricultural products which increased gradually around 30 billion dollars, other three categories went up sharply in 2016 in comparison with 2015.
It is clear from the table that unlike Gems and jewelry which observed a remarkable decline during 2015 and 2016 by around 5.18%, there were either a gradual rise, like in Agricultural products by 0.18%, or a sharp rise in other three categories, Petroleum products, engineered goods, and Textiles, 3%, 8.5%, and 15.24%, respectively.
