Essay topics:

The chart below shows what Anthropology graduates from one university did after finishing their undergraduate degree course. The table shows the salaries of the anthropologists in work after five years.

The chart illustrates the proportion of students in Anthropology work after graduating, and the table displays their salary range after five years of work.
In general, it can be seen that most graduated students choose full-time work rather than other forms of work. Moreover, most freelance consultants and employees in the government sector have a higher salary rate, which is at least 75000, while more than half of workers in private companies have the same rate.
As can be seen from the chart, full-time work takes over half of the graduates, with 52% compared to 15% of part-time jobs and 12% of unemployed. A slight majority of graduates also choose to study for an advanced degree while working full-time or part-time, with the former being 8% and the latter being 5%.
Out of the three categories in the table, freelancers have significantly higher pay, with 80% having at least 75000 and half of that proportion earning more than 100000. This rate is the same for employees in the government sector, but with a different distribution, 30% have a salary range of 75000 to 100000, and 50% have earned more than 100000. In comparison, only 55% of workers in private companies receive more than 75000. The other 45% of graduates are in the lower bracket, from 25000 to less than 75000. In contrast, the proportion of freelancers and the government sector in this lower bracket are the same at 20%.
