The pie charts above illustrate the proportion of various reasons which teenagers in one African country use their own time on phone for the period from 2016 until 2019.
In general, the most dominated time-consuming activitiy is social networks at over a half propotion, which followed by emailing. The rest activities is digital camera and phone calls.
Both social netwoork and digital camera activities data show the rise trend over 4 years. Started in 2016, half of the time teenagers using phone was in social networks, followed in the slight decline of 2% in 2016. Then, it rose back to 51% in 2018 and continued to jump to 56% in 2019. On the same trend, 15% of time they use was in camera in 2016. This activity saw the flucation up and down couple of percents in the next 2 years, then it raised up to 20% in 2019.
On the reverse side, emailing started at 25% in 2016, then gradually declined to 19% in 2019. Same trend with phone calls, except for the increase of 3% in 2017 versus 2016, the firgures also show the gradually drop down to 19% in 2019.
