Looking at the details, in 2000, the age structure in Yemen was not completely the same as Italy, with a majority of its population below 14 years old, whereas in Italy most of the population was between 15 and 59 years old (61.6%). However, we see that in Yemen the lowest area of demographic was over 60 years old (3.6%), while in another country this figure is represented with 24.1%.
Regarding statistic information, in 2050, the population with 15-59 years is expected to be the highest percentage around 57.3% and also 60 years or more would increase to 5.7%.
