Generally speaking, sodium, saturated fat and added sugar account for the same amount in breakfast. In comparison, added sugar consumes approximately a fifth at the end of the day’s meal which is lower than in both sodium and saturated fat.

One of the most prominent features of this data is that, added sugar makes up the most consuming features at lunch, which is 42% . On the other hand, sodium accounts for the smallest usage features which is approximately over a tenth. Moving on to snacks, it can be seen that added sugar takes up a double than saturated fat consumes in this meal.

In addition, breakfast comprises the equal amount of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar which is 14%, 16% and 14% respectively. Turning next to dinner, both sodium and saturated fat account for a large amount which is slightly over and under 40% respectively. However, added sugar takes up 23% which is nearly half of sodium consumption.
