The three pie charts depict the average proportion of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar which are unhealthy if consumed in large amount in breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Overall, dinner contains the highest amount of sodium, whereas snacks is the most sugary meal.
It is clear from the chart that the figure for sodium contained in breakfast is exactly equal to that of snacks with approximately 15%. However, dinner's sodium is three times as much as that of dinner and snacks which accounts for the highest proportion in the chart. The similar trend is also witnessed in term of saturated fat which made up with 37%. Meanwhile, lunch, snacks and breakfast are significantly lower with 26%, 21% and 16% correspondingly.
Moving on to analyse the figure for added sugar in four typical meals. The percentage of snacks stands at 42% of total which is the most significant number and that doubled the amount of included in dinner at slightly above 20%. Breakfast and lunch make up of 16% and 19% respectively.
