Overall, American inhabitants consume the largest amount of both sodium and saturated fat in dinner meanwhile the quantity of added sugar is likely to be the largest proportion got to taste in snacks. However, the percentage of sodium consumed in both breakfast and snack is a very small number, and also people less dine on food that contained saturated fat and added sugar in breakfast.
Firstly, there are 43% of sodium had in American people’s dinner while the proportion of this component consumed in snacks and breakfast is limited accounting for 14%. The quantity of sodium eaten in lunch comprises 29%.
Secondly, the amount of saturated fat takes up 37% had in dinner, compared to 16% of it eaten in breakfast. The percentage of saturated fat eaten in lunch, and snacks, which contribute 26%, and 21%, respectively.
The figure of added sugar got to taste in snacks consists of 42% but individuals enjoy a little of this ingredient breakfast including 16%. What is more, the proportion of added sugar consumed in dinner, and lunch, accounting for 23%, and 19%, respectively.
