The charts below show the favorite takeaways of people in the UK and the number of Indian restaurants in the UK between 1960 and 2015

Chinese takeaways are very popular with the highest percentage. It takes up more than one-third of the overall quantity in the UK with the number is 34%. The next is India with 26%. So both Asian countries are the top choices in the ranking. In the third, Italian takeaways are consumed lower than the first country and the second country with the number is 24% and 16%. The number of Italia is higher than British foods in 1%, so the difference isn't too big in both. Thai, Mexican, Japanese, Greek food and the other foods of some countries is extremely low. Besides, reach 11% takeaways which don’t be ordered in the UK.
