The three bar charts illustrade the different ranks of attending in education and science in developing and industrialised countries between 1980 and 1990.

According to the first chart, there were about 2 years of schooling in 1980 in developing countries but for the industrialised countries were higher, over 8 years of schooling. In 1990, the number years of schooling in developing countries reached over 3 years, the figure years for industrialised countries rose slowly, over 10 years.

As can be seen from the second chart, around 10000 peoples from developing countries became to scientist and technicians in 1980 and that figure increased slightly in1990, about 18000 peoples. Similarly, the number of scientists and technicians in industrialised countries in1980 were 40000 peoples and that number grew up to 90000 peoples in 1990.

In 1980, the number of US dollars peoples spending on research & development in developing countries were 50 billion dollars and fell down to 20 billion dollars in 1990. In contrast, in 1980 the money of spending on research & development in industrialised countries were 160 billion dollars and rose sharply in 1990, 350 billion dollars.
