In the year 2010, as regards welfare, it accounted for 8% and experienced a fivefold rise to 13% in 2015. As regards interests and borrowing, it comprised 5% in 2010, which increased to 10% in 2015. The initial figure of the defence was 17% and a decline of 3% was observed at the end.
