The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of diffrent age groups and the amount of support the received from employers

The chart above shows five diffrent age gap starting from under twenty six until over fourty nine years old about their reasons to study and their wages. Overall the chart in student reasons are inversely propotional beetwen reasons for career and interest, meanwhile the opposite chart from age under 26 to 39 are having a downwarding trend, but afterward it rose gradually.

From the first graph, it can be seen that people age under 26, the bar for career are decreasing rapidly. In age under 26 the bar shows eighty percent and it keeps decreasing until only twenty percent at age over fourty nine. Meanwhile the interest bar are constantly increasing between the lowest and the highest age gap.
Student at age fourty until fourty nine reached a plateau for both reason.

For the second paragraph, it is clear that the majority of age under twenty six want more time off and wages compared to the other age. Age thirty until thirthy nine has the lowest demand for time off and payment
