The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they receive from employers.

The chart gives information about the primary cause students of different age groups to pursue learning, while expressing the employers support for those students.
Looking from an overall perspective, there are two main factors: career and ambition and two categories of support from employers: financial support and time off.
As the chart portrays, 80% of those under 26 years study for their career, this proportion was 70% in those 26-29. For surveyed who from 30-39 years and 40-49 years, this figure witnessed a more significant decline and reached 57% and 40% respectively. In the last age group, just nearly 20% of sampled pursue study for their occupation. The significant age-related decline in students continuing education due to their job led to the rising of the other motivation. To be precise, the proportion of people study because of passion was 10% in the group under 26 age, showed a jump in those following ages, to be equal with career reason at 40% in 40-49 years and occupied a hefty 70% in over 49.
On the other hand, the highest percentage of support from employers can be seen at the age under 26 at 65%, followed by 50% in 26-29 years, which was a mere 2-3% higher than the age over 49. In the age group of 30-39, where 35% surveyed were helped by the employers. As is also shown, half of the students in the age range 26-29 were supported by businesses.
