The two bar diagrams depicts the causes for education from students of various age groups. Furthermore, how much support they received from employers by different is indicated in second diagram.
From an overall perspective, Number of students take education for two reasons first is career and second is for interest. 80 percent of students take education to develop the career. However, 10% students were interested in studies. Besides this, employer mainly support students under age 26 as compare to others.
First of all, 70% of students over 49 years, study for interest in there adulthood. Furthermore, at age 40-49 ratio of both reasons are equal that is 40%. we can see around 60% students prefer education for career development.
Lastly, employer provide support to student in the form of time off as well as with fees. Students received the 65% of support from employer, which is more for students who wants to do career at age under 26. Although,30-39 years get minimum amount of support is upto 38%. Lastly, for students over 49 gets 45% of support from employer.
