The given two charts provide information about what travelers travel for and statistic the significant problems of its public services and people themselves in America in 2009.

Overall, it is clear that the American travels to and from work occupy the highest percentage among the reasons in the first chart, and the troubles in the pie chart appear to focus on the price of travel.

Looking more closely at the bar chart, up to 49% of the trips made in the US is for the occupations. On the contrary, visiting friends or relatives only accounts for 4% of the chart. One in ten of total trips is for social and recreation and the remaining two parts are shopping (16%) and personal reasons (19%)

According to the data in the pie chart, the most worrying issue for American in 2009 is the price which has the biggest proportion in the pie chart, besides the statistics show that walkers have the least number of the chart, illustrated by their disagreement proportion of the chart. Almost one-fifth people of the chart cited safety as their priority (19%), followed the matters of aggressive drivers(17%) and highway congestion (14%).
