The charts below show the result of surveys asking undergraduates and postgraduates why they chose Vaster University.
The two pie charts conclude a survey of undergraduates and postgraduates’ decision to choose Vaster University.
Overall, reputation and cost were the most significant reasons for undergraduates at Vaster University, while these two factors being even more highly regarded by postgraduate students.
Turning to the first chart, we can observe that undergraduates’ most decisive factor is the reputation of university, being 30% of the total. Cost comes as the second most feature, practiced by almost a quarter of undergraduates. Cost is followed by availability of accommodation, which is exercised by 20%. Location and others are less preferable reasons, chosen by 10% and 7% of undergraduates respectively.
Taking a closer look at the second chart, we can see that reputation and cost mattered more to postgraduates than to undergraduates. In contrast to the undergraduates’ preference, the availability of accommodation contributed the least factor to all postgraduates, which made up only 3%. Personal recommendation is roughly third less than that of undergraduates(7%).
