The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010
The pie chart illustrates the results of a survey, conducted in the Parkway Hotel, that asked 100 visitors their opinion about hotel's customer service in 2005 and 2010.
Overall, the percentage of people who considered hotel's service to be "satisfactory" was the highest result in 2005, while the least popular answer that year was "excellent". However, in 2010 the answer "good" comprised the highest share, whereas the percentage of people, assuming that hotel service was "poor" made up the minor part of the responses.
Looking closely, in 2005 answers "Satisfactory", "Poor" and "Very poor" were the most frequent and comprised 45%, 21% and 15%, respectively. While the share of "Poor" slightly decreased by 9% in 2010, the figures for "Satisfactory" and "Very poor" significantly dropped together by 39%.
In 2005 the number of clients who enjoyed hotel's amenities was the lowest as "Good" and "Excellent" accounted for 14% and 5%, in the respectful manner. In 2010, the majority of customers rated the service as "Good" and "Excellent", whose percentage considerably went up together by 48%.
