It is clearly seen that after 5 years, from 2005, the rate on Parkway hotel's customer service was reviewed more positively by its visitors, which means that operation was upgraded during the given years.
In 2005, satisfactory survey was the biggest part of the questionnaire, making up 45 percent, following by the rate of poor and very poor, accounted for just over a fifth and 15%, respectively. However, in 2010, these figures became the least rates, contributing about a quarter to the total survey's result, collectively. Satisfactory result dropped to 17%, poor rate fell to 12%, and the worst rate declined to 4%.
By contrast, the values in excellent and good showed significant increased trend. Only 5 percent of them rated excellent on the client service in 2005, then it increased in percentage to about 30% in 2010. Likewise, good rate grew from 14% to about 40%, becoming the biggest contribution to the survey between 2005 and 2010.
