The two pie charts give information about a survey in terms of levels of visitors' satisfaction with the customer service in the Parkway Hotel, conducted in two years 2005 and 2010.
Overall, the rates of excellent and good experience experienced an upward trend in contrast to decreases in other categories. Additionally, the proportion of satisfied responses were most popular in 2005 but were overtaken by good feedback after the 5 years surveyed.
Looking at the positive feedback initially, in 2005, the percentage of visitors satisfied with the hotel’s customer service stayed at 45%, but then undergoing a dramatic fall to only 17% in 2010.Furthermore, while only 14% of guests described customer service in the hotel as good, almost three times as many people give this rating 5 years later. In addition, only 5% of the hotel’s visitors rated its customer service as excellent, but this figure rose to 28% in 2010.
With regard to the negative responses, the proportion of guests who considered the hotel’s customer service to be poor fell from 21% in 2005 to only 12% in 2010. Meanwhile , the figure for very poor customer service from hotel’s guests stood at 15% in 2005,afterwards, it significantly dropped to only 4% in 2010.
