Overall,it is clear that, younger generation choose to book ticket online in Australia and UK meanwhile , highest Malaysian people purchased a ticket through desktop computer compared with two other nation.
First team of year 2006, approximately 55% young commuters of Australia and UK for booking tickets, compared with, only about 40% people used internet. For UK and Malaysia the figure of older people were exactly same at around 40% who access the internet for purchasing tickets that was lower than older people of Australia accounting for 45%.
From the other graph, Personal computer or wired computer was most popular in all three country namely Australia, UK and Malaysia accounting for 55%,60% and 65% respectively. The percentage of laptop user was around 40% that was double than mobile phone user stood at nearly 20%.More than 25% and 40% of dwellers used laptop for booking ticket respectively, which was larger than the figure for mobile phone accounted for 20% and 25% for two nation namely Britain and Malaysia.
