The civic centre will be planned to change. There are two maps: one is the existing and the other is the plan for new.
The given maps illustrate the current situation of a civic centre and give a proposed idea in the future.
As can be seen, more green covers will be supplemented in the future compared to the present which there are only buildings and car parks. In addition, there will be more places for entertainment such as a theater, however, the residents will not have a place to read books.
At the moment, there are two car parks in two top corners of the picture, however they will be cleared out to make way for a theater and a hotel with a restaurant. In the north of the centre, a concert hall will stay intact. Being as same as the concert hall, shopping center will remain its location
At the bottom of the maps, an exhibition hall situated in the southwest will be replaced by a council office as the new plan. An open park and underground car park will be constructed in the place of current office for council. To the southeast, a library will be flattened to give space for an exhibition hall
