Dear Fatima,
Hope you and your family are doing well. Its been too long since we last met. I would love to welcome you in my home town, and will try my best to suggest you the best places to visit and some delicious food to try.
As you have mentioned in your letter that you will be coming in mid of next month, I would like to know your plan in detail. Do share your flight timings and the name of the hotel you have booked, so it will become easier for me to pick you up from the airport and drop to your destination. By doing this I will get a chance to spend some good time with my old mate.
Here I would like to state some beautiful places of my city you should visit. You must have heard about the shrine of our beloved leader Muhammad Ali Jinnah, its a pretty place with a significant history. You can go there in evening, because mornings and afternoons are very hot these days. Or you can also go to the beach of Karachi that is the most popular tourist spot. Nights are too soothing over there. As far as we talk about food, Karachi has enormous numbers of spots where they serve scrumptious food.
Some of them are Javed nihari, Meerut for b.b.q and student cafe for biryani. If you miss any of these you will regret later.
I would want to invite you at my home for a dinner, please do take out some time for us. Although I understand it's a short trip and it would be difficult for you to manage things, but me and my family would be very happy hosting you. Do tell me your complete plan in your next letter so that I could arrange transport facility for you to make your trip comfortable and joyful. Say my hello to your family.
Warm wishes,
Your friend Sana.
