The given diagram illustrates, how a home smokery works as well as it's structure.
After analysing, it can be clearly seen that the process has three steps, first step is that fresh air go through the open lid as well as it moves to the second stage where the lid is close and which is full of logs, one fire pipe is attach to the bottom of the close lid.
The process further collate that through the pipe heat of fire go into the box which is located in ground level. in the box fishes are hanging and these cooked by the heat which comes from the burning logs.
