The diagram illustrates how the cheese is produced. Summarizes the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and makes comparisons where relevant.
The diagram gives information about step by step producing cheese.
Overall, it is clear that the process has five distinct steps, starting with mixing milk and water and ending at thick liquid and completely cheese.
To begin with, the primary ingredients for soft cheese, water and milk, are mixing. Following this, the mixture is chilled in two hours and then added salt for flavor. As a result, these steps are going to be other steps called fermentation in 35 degrees. This fermentation stage lasts for 6 hours.
After fermentation, the mixture is subjected to evaporation and steam pipe, which are also required at 100 temperature and heat 8 hours. Finally, all these steps go to the machine that has cooling systems in the middle, the waste water at the bottom and soft cheese ( product) put on the top. These require 5 degrees and 6 hours. The soft cheese turns from liquid to thick liquid for complete product.
