The revolution of the silkworm is divided into five stages. At the beginning, it is changed from eggs to the silkworm larva which is fed by the mulberry leaf during 10 days. Later, it takes the larva relatively longer time to be surrounded by the silk thread, about 4 to 6 weeks. The third step is spending 3 to 8 days to become the cocoon. Using 16 days, the cocoon subsequently develops into the moth, which eventually lays eggs to repeat the procession.
As to the production of silk cloth, there are five steps to complete. After being selected, the cocoon is boiled by water, which then is unwound to a 300 to 900 meters thread. What is more, the thread is twisted and dyed directly. Or the twisted thread is weaved firstly, and then to be dyed.
In the conclusion, these processes are displayed clearly and there are several procedures to complete.
