The diagram below shows the floor plan of a public library 20 years ago and how it looks now.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The maps demonstrate the changes that have taken place in a public library between 20 years ago and now.
Overall, the construction of the public library has been vastly restructured over the period in order to add more related facilities.
In the past 20 years, there was a main entrance in front of the building with two couple of tables and chairs in the middle. There were also regions for fiction and non-fiction books for adults on the left and right side of the library, respectively. Moreover, a reading room, including newspapers and magazines, and an enquiry desk were set up were set up at the two bottom corners of the library. Finally, the library located a room for children’s books on the right corner of the northeast area and a region for video games on the left corner of the northwest region of the building.
Currently, the main entrance remains intact; however, the tables and chairs have been removed for more space. On the left side of the library, the fiction books region has been replaced by reference books and the reading room turns into a computer area. Furthermore, CDs and video games have been rebuilt wider for children's fiction materials. On the opposite side, the children’s book is replaced by a lecture room and a cafe has been newly built to alter the enquiry desk. Finally, the non-fiction book spot is converted into regions for adult fiction materials, a self-service machine, and an information desk.
