The diagram illustrates the eleven stages of coffee manufacturing before it arrives to retail. Overall, this is a labor-intensive linear process which consists of double repetitive steps such as dry, cool and grid.

To begin, the coffee beans are picked by hand from a bush in order to being dried in the sun on the following stage. Then, having dried raw material, it is necessary to roast the coffee beans in a furnace. After that, they are cool rapidly and before having been mixed with hot water, the beans are grinned on a special tool.

The seventh stage the resulting mixture is strained that to remove excess liquid. after that there is the second frieze of mixture in a cooling chamber. Having grinned this frozen liquid, the resulting blend is dried again in a vacuum which evaporate water. The result of this tenth stage is ready to sell coffee. The special equipment is used for packaging coffee into jar on the last step in order to be sold in markets.
