The process of coffee production and preparation to sale in supermarkets and stores is displayed in the diagram.
Overall, the process is consisted of harvesting and manufacturing. Furthermore, there are some stages, starting from picking the beans to packing those into jars.
Firstly, the coffee beans are harvested in the farm before those are heated under the Sun, and the next process is to roast the selected beans. After that, beans are cooled quickly into freezer, then grinding them prior to mixing with hot temperature water. Regarding the filtering step, the mixture has to be strained from the water.
Turning to the freezing stage, coffee beans refreeze into refrigerator, so that it can be grinded again. Thereafter, heating in a vacuum is needed to evaporate the water contained in the coffee ones. When it comes to the last stage, those are sealed in the jars, and be labelled, and already to be stored in supermarkets and shops.
