A closer look at the process highlights 9 main steps, beginning with finding corn from producers and ending with transporting products.
The whole ethanol fuel production process starts when corn is prepared as the main material. Following this, it will be stored before starting milling. Once this particular stage in the process has been completed, water will be mixed then milled corn is cooked for 4 hours before going to the next step which is fermenting for about 48 hours.
After that, it will be divided into two separate materials including liquid and solid by-products. Next, both of these are put together before going to purify the ethanol stage for 5 hours. Subsequently, produced corn will be stored again to prepare for transporting and all of the steps involved in the making of ethanol fuel have now been done.
