The illustration highlights the procedure of manufacturing orange juice.
In General, there are around 15 stages in the process, starting from transporting picked oranges to a factory, and ending with delivering packaged juice to supermarkets. The oranges are used not only for juice production, but also for feeding animals.
To begin with, the fresh oranges are picked and sent to the factory. Once they have been washed, juice is extracted from oranges and solid waste is used to feed the animals. After that, the fresh juice is packaged and transported to supermarkets or delivered in a refrigerated truck to another factory for evoparation.
Subsequently, water is removed from juice and it turns into concentrated juice. Following this, the latter is canned and sent to final factory in order to add water. Before, delivering them to the supermarkets, they are packaged.
