This given process present information about how canned fruits made by pears. Overall, it can be clearly seen that there are fourteen distinctive steps starting with picking of the pears and ending with canned product.
According to diagram, in the first stage of the process, pears are picked by hand and then transported to the factory. The pears are washed and checked their quality in the factory. Afterwards, chosen pears are cooled under the specific temperature and they are weighed and graded in the following step. Before coring and slicing process, the pears are peeled and then were prepared for canning process.
Moving to a more detailed analysis from the diagram shows that after the pears are put in cans and sealed, sterilization and cooking operations are applied to the pears. Then the cans are labelled according to their specific situations. In the last two stages, the cans are stored and finally dispatched to the consumers for sale.
