The given diagram illustrate the information about over the five year of 2000 to 2004, how much number of landline telephones per thousand people in a different countries.

Firstly, I can see the total nine countries landline telephone ownership data available and in that singapor shot up at the beginning of the year 2000 and remained unchanged through the year of 2002 about above the 450 per 1000 people then it was drop down by 25 numbers in the year of 2004. Altogether, The Brunei darussauam at the 250 per 1000 people in the year 2000 and remain stable in the year 2002 but this was also call by approx 25 numbers in the year of 2004. However, the lowest trend of telephone ownership at Indonesia, lao PDR and Thailand because it was almost vanished to use of landline telephone in the year of 2004. And remained countries lead bottom of the 100 per 1000 masses. Which was combodia, Myanmar, Philippines and the last one was vitenam.

To paraphrase, The all seven country people gradually reducing the usage of landline telephone except two country combodia and Vietnam. They have more users in the year 2000 as compared to the year of 2000 and 2004.
