The diagram below shows the process of making carbonated drinks. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The given picture describes how carbonated drinks are generated.
Overall, the process comprises a number of stages, beginning with filtering raw water and ending with packaging and delivering products to supermarkets.
At the beginning of the process, water is cleaned carefully through some stages. Raw water from factories is filtered, after which this amount of water is sent through a process which incorporates water softener and chemical substances to ensure that the water is clean enough to make drinks. After being prepared, the water is pumped before the stage of heating evaporation and carbonation starts. The water now is heated by an electric heater to be steamed, and then it is cooled to decrease the temperature. Once the temperature is appropriate, the steam is transmitted into a tank to carbonate water.
After being carbonated, the water follows a pipe to the mixing tank, where the mixture of water and substances such as coloring, syrup and flavor to make the water more attractive and tasty. Then, again, the water is filtered and poured into cans and bottles before being packed into paper boxes. Once the drinks are ready to use, they will be transported in trucks to supermarkets for consumers.
