The picture depicts the information about the process of bricks production, starting from the digging step to delivering products.
Firstly, the clay is dug using mechanical digger. then, it placed on the metal grid to be filtered and passed onto a roller. Following which, the filtered-clay is mixed with two other raw materials (sand and water). The third steps of manufacturing are forming the mixture, either by using the moulding or cutting using the wire.
At the following stage, the wet bricks are moved to the drying oven for about 1 or 2 days. At the fifth stages, the bricks are heated in two phases, the first phase is putting them in moderate temperature (200 – 980 degree) and the second step is moving it to the hight temperature oven (870-1.000 Celcius). And then, it is saved in a cooling room for about two or three night. Finally, the bricks are packaged and send to the market.
