Overall, it is immediately obvious that there are seven prominent stages in this proceeding, initiating with collecting the aluminum cans at the garbage and cultivating in reusing the bottles.
At the first stage of the process, the jars which are used by the consumer are gathered in trash boxes, followed by transport to the manufacturer by trucks. The aluminum cans are cleaned, classified, shredded as well as compressed there. Following this is the heating and melting of the processed materials under high temperatures until they become liquid.
The next steps begin when the hot liquid aluminum is rolled, which its shape ranged from 2.5 mm to 6 mm thick, previously to be molded into the cans’ shape. Coming to the final stage of the proceeding, the recycled aluminum bottles are reused by the customers, which account for approximately third-fourth of total UK aluminum cans’ products.
