The process flowcharts reveal information about the steps and tools used in cement production, and how it is used to create concrete for construction motives.
Overall, the cement process consists of numerous stages and uses various equipment. In contrast, making of concrete is very simple, and it uses a few ingredients.
To begin with, limestone and clay are poured in a crusher. Then, the crusher converts these ingredients into powder form. After that, the powder is passed through the mixer. Thereafter, the mixer is inserted in rotating heater, in which fire comes constantly from the other side to heat that mixer. After completing this step, it goes into the grinder. Finally, cement is produced, and it is going to be packed in plastic bags
The process of manufacturing concrete is very easy. A mixture of cement, water, sand, and gravel are inserted to the concrete mixer. The proportion of these four contents consists of 15%, 10%, 25%, and 50%, respectively. The mixture rotates continuously in clockwise direction to produce concrete. After making of concrete, it is used for construction purposes.
