The chart demonstrates the ways in which brick are made for building industry.
Overall, the brick making process consist of 7 steps, beginning with the digging up of clay and finishing up with the delivery.
First off, the clay, which is used to make bricks, is digged up by the digger. After that, the clay is placed on a metal grid that is used to break the clay into smaller pieces. The small pieces of clay are transferred on a roller to begin the brick-manufacturing process.
At first, sand and water are mixed with the clay. Then that mixture gets reshaped into bricks either by a wire cutter or a mould. Following this, the bricks are heated in a drying oven in 1 or 2 days. After that, the bricks are heated up in a kiln at a moderate then high temperature, which is around 200 to 980 Celsius. After that, it go through a cooling process in a cooling chamber for 2 to 3 days. Finally the bricks are stacked up and ready to be delivered.
