Before shape the bricks, sand and water is expected to be mixed so that the mixture turns into the bricks by the equipment which cut off with wire or mould to shape. The fourth step allows bricks to dry up in the oven for 1 to 2 days before heated in kilns.
Following this, kilns heats from 200 to 980 degrees in moderate and then heats up to 1300 degrees at next. After that, cooling chamber is the place where heated bricks to be waited at least 2 days before packed. Finally, bricks are ready to be packed and deliver to their destinations.
