The table indicates that information in terms of railway systems given by six cities, date, kilometre and the number of passengers in million. Overall, railway in the LA constructed far later than London as well as almost 2000 million passengers travel per year in Tokyo.
It is noticeable that the earlier opening has more railways. London started to operate in 1863, almost 40 years faster than the following city, Paris. Also, London accounts for far the most kilometres of railways, which slightly below than 400, at 394. Paris, Tokyo, Washington DC and Kyoto opened the system in 1900s with 199, 155, 126, 11 kilometres of routes respectively. However, the LA only started service in 2001 but also, more twice than Kyoto, at 28 km.
Tokyo accounts for the most passenger rates, which is 1927, followed by this, Paris exceeds over 1,000, at 119. The others transport fewer than 1000, London occupies 775, while Washington DC transports 144. Surprisingly, remaining two cities are even lower than 100, Kyoto at 45 and the LA at 50.
