The diagram illustrates the various stages of the brick manufacturing process which are utilised in constructions.
First, the clay is mined from the ground by diggers and then transported to a metal grid. After that, it is broken by the metal grid into a small debris that is then mixed with sand and water in order to make a special mixture. From this, bricks are formed with the help of the wire cutter and the mould which separates and shapes them. Then, they are left in the special drying oven for 24-48 hours so that the bricks become hard and solid.
At the next stage, they are transported through a series of various chambers, where they undergo a two-stage heating and cooling processes. In the first kiln, bricks experience a moderate temperature of 200 to 980 and in the next one the temperature is much higher. Then, they are cooled for two or three days. Finally, bricks are packaged and delivered to construction sites.
Overall, the process is divided into seven stages, where the first half is creating bricks and the next one is heat processing and packaging.
